Psalms 139:24, “Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts.”
Greetings! Praying today is finding you waking to a new day filled with new positive ideas for good things. May you be welcoming today as a day of tuning up your mind with alignment with all that God has in store for your journey! When we are in tune with God, we can give our lives a “tune up”, just like our vehicles. The way to do that is to study scriptures that will renew our minds through transformation. This includes taking action to actually move away from anything that is worldly or sinful; the things that can cause us to not follow God’s will. As we align our hearts, minds and actions with a Christ-like life, we will focus more on Biblical standards; Godly practices that will help to guide us to overcome distractions or sinful habits. Try replacing fearful and negative thoughts with positive ones, letting go of the old ways of life and welcoming the new improved born-again life! Begin a prayer time where you can just be with God in a quiet secluded place to be in just His presence. Then create a meditating time, where you plan out time where you can then meditate studying the scriptures so you can learn, grow and comprehend all that God has intended for you to know and use for His purpose. Then start living your life as God intended, letting others see Jesus in you, through you, so they too will want the same life you are living! The tune up will enhance your life so that everything you work toward will start turning around because you are giving it to God to control. Tuning up with God means all things work because He gets the glory! One day because we stayed in tune we will reap the rewards of being in heaven with Him! So, have you checked your oil in your reading lamp? Have you looked under your hood for your quiet space of prayer time? Pause for a moment and push yourself to get back in tune with the one who can bless you far more than you deserve! Tune up so you will turn out better!
