Raging Victories

II Corinthians 2:14, “Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place.”

Salutations friends! Let’s say hello to another blessed day we have been given. Maybe we can even say we have a victory because we were allowed this day and that can be a victory! When we receive a blessing of success, accomplishment, won battles, we have triumphed obstacles that we thought, at first, could not be reached. But, because we have secured our salvation through Christ, the real victory was already won by Him; thus, giving us a spiritual authority over battles through Him! We as believers are actually conquerors because we rely solely on Christ’s strength, and the promises that God already gave us. Believers will always have spiritual warfare with the evils of this world, but God provides the armor that will protect, and guide us through them all. Battles are necessary for growth in faith, trust, and obedience, which teach us to build our endurance by getting on our knees and calling on the one who can do all things! When we resist the devil, we are standing firm, trusting in God’s strength, not our own. Alone we are nothing but with God we are conquerors! As we apply God’s truths, His armor of protection, we are going to have raging victories beyond the normal victories. We must accept that Jesus already won the ultimate war, and placing our faith in His victory ensures us of our own victories along life’s journey. So, if you ever find yourself doubting that you cannot win whatever battle is in front of you remember, Romans 8:31, “What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?”. With God as your partner, the evil is not strong enough to stop your forward movement! Think of Joshua as he walked around Jericho, think of Daniel in the lion’s den, think of Moses as they crossed the Red Sea, or what about Mary as she accepted being Jesus’ mother. There are so many more examples from then and from all through history. God is the only one who can help any of us fight against the evils of life; the only one who can give us raging victories in any quest we are challenged with! Take a moment today to enlist Him as your ultimate partner; then fight the battles for the victory He has already planned for you.
