Out of the Dark
Psalms 30:5, “For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favor is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.”
Hello good friends! Today came with a joyful noise; sing praises for this day! In this day let’s talk about talking, listening, hearing. Have you ever been without communication? No way to hear from anyone? Lost in the midst of solitude that is hard for anyone else to fathom! Why do we cry, become irate with anger, scream, yell, just reaching for something unreachable? Why do we question what is to be or situations that we endure? Does this darkness give us peace or solace? Does it release adrenaline that keeps us alive? Our human brains, even with high IQ’s, cannot explain the thoughts and feelings that form in our inner brain cells when we allow negativity to enter! Our hearts fill with unexplained emotions formed during loss, during rejection, during anything negative. Isaiah 41:10, “Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee, yea I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.” KJV When we allow the darkness to dwell inside we lose the positive feelings that carry our joy, our peace, our hope, our faith. Open up the Bible and look for the words of people who felt the same but found joy even in the valleys because they sought then found God. We must not fall to the darkness of defeat, fear. We must open our hearts to the sole provider of peace; Jesus. Even at the lowest, He is there to allow us the release of emotions, so we can feel His presence. Go ahead and scream out, let God hear you, then ask for Him to come down and fill you with His presence. Pray; because prayer gives you a direct line to the Father. He can bring you back out of the dark.
