II Corinthians 5:17, “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.”
Greetings! How are we today? Are we up and ready to great another beautiful day the Lord has provided? Remember that, no matter the thoughts of yesterday, today is a new day with many possibilities! We must think positive in all things, even when we are in difficult situations, undecided decisions, choices forced upon us; just anything that we have happened upon on our life journey. God helps us to endure each moment when we place even the simplest of prayers at His feet; when we find no other person who can help, He alone is the choice! We, as believers, know that our own plans never seem to end up the way we think because we didn’t trust God to come into the situation, or ask for His opinion before we jumped in and started planning. Even when we give our hearts to Him, He begins that transformation within our souls that is a daily process. He places obstacles in our paths that teach us lessons, that inform us of His power, that remind us that He is our protector, provider; the shepherd who leads the sheep! There will also be times when God will withhold something; maybe suggesting a different route on your journey. We must not let the devil tell us He has messed with our own plans, because God already knows the outcomes! The truth is, God is helping us to trust in His timing and not our own; to bring us peace and not confusion as to the why’s of situations! The best things come to those who wait! There will be times that He will also remove people, relationships, habits and comforts; all because they have hindered our spiritual growth and our walk with Him. He also removes them because they could be harmful both physically, mentally and especially spiritually! If you find yourself in pain, He makes it better; if you are confused, He makes it better; if you are doubting, He can make it better! There is nothing that He can’t make better, whether something small or great! Study His word, He will bring the passage you need to you; pray earnestly and He will send you peace, comfort and sometimes a person to give you support, hugs, and encouragement! No matter the situation, He can make it better if we just trust, have faith, and truly believe!
