Feeling Unknown
Isaiah 43:7, “Even every one that is called by my name: for I have created him for my glory, I have formed him; yea, I have made him.”
Hello again. Praying that today you have already made the decision to look forward and have feelings of positivity in every moment. Today I would like to dive into the feelings of being unknown! In the age of electronics and social media, every person has one or more of the social apps that have lured them into “becoming” someone. But in reality, have you really touched on who you are? Are you sending a message of positivity, of Christ-like imagery, of wholesome goodness? When you display yourself in showing your abilities, are you also sharing how God gave you that talent, how He provided the means in which you are able to share, how by His grace you can do those things? Today, people of all ages feel unseen, misunderstood, and disconnected to everyone around them. They have a low self-worth not just because they are shy and timid, but because a more popular person plays off their weakness. My real reasoning for today’s post is to help yourself by helping others. Maybe today when you post try to acknowledge another’s feelings, maybe encourage someone outside your circle, for positive things they can do. Let us be more mindful of supporting someone who needs a little assistance with building self-trust. Allow God to be involved in your responses, your creative choices. Call out encouragement as you walk past someone, a stranger maybe! Try putting on the hat that the shy person wears and put yourself into their life! Look at others with respect and understanding. We are all God’s children and to follow His teachings, His laws, His direction; we can become seen in a better light! For those who are the “unknown”, I am praying for you to accept courage, strength; and that you allow God to help you to become seen in His way. With God all things are possible, and you are not unknown; He sees you, is with you and He can help you!

Prayer:
Dear God in heaven, we humbly come today asking you to allow your Holy Spirit to engulf our every word when we are broadcasting anything. God, we seek you in all things and when we stray and forget, please God come down into our hearts and remind us of where we once were and whom has given us all things. God, we ask that you please bring peace, understanding, courage, and strength into the hearts of those who are feeling unknown. God help them to know they are always known and loved by you. Help us God to bring you back to placing you into our words, actions and deeds as we share so that you are honored. Amen.
