Don’t Feel Strong?

Joshua 1:9, “Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.”

Good Morning. Praying you have been given a new day to start fresh and continue in the positive vibes I know God has placed in your heart! Today we want to focus on the feelings of strength and how to find ways to not become weak; whether in the physical or in the psychological sense. Many times, we get up in the mornings and our physical body just is not cooperating, causing us to move slower, react slower; just feel like the day is already dragging! When we stop and ask God for strength we must realize His strength is valued and has purpose that we may not always comprehend; this is why we must get into His word. We must decide to start meditating on scripture, pray without ceasing, confess our struggles and needs, then thank Him daily for those words, and then be totally obedient to what He has planned for us. The moment we realize that, with His strength we become self-disciplined and can now overcome challenges, or obstacles that are in our paths. With His instructions we will feel that unconditional love and inner happiness that He has been providing on a deeper level. Having His love, we can receive relief from anxiety, fear, or unworthiness and know that there is new life with an eternal hope for our future. That knowledge will help us to accept the strength He is providing so that we can now develop and use the God given talents He gave us to grow and share that faith. So today, as you get up; stop and pray for the strength that you have been given to show up! Take time to accept what He offers and realize it’s been inside you, you just needed Him to push you to use it! When in doubt, search for God, search His word, then accept you are not alone; He is always there! Your “don’t feel strong” will begin to change and you will start to FEEL the power of an inner strength come forth!
